All products prepared in Noordzee Processing and Packaging Facility are certified with HACCP, BRC and Global GAP standards, that keep record in order to ensure the cold chain is preserved until the products are delivered to the customer. This procedure ensures full traceability.
After harvest the fish are transferred to processing and packaging facility, it is packed whole or directed to processing phase. In processing phase the fish are gutted or filleted and then packed and made ready for shipment as fresh chilled.
